Our work isn’t easy – it’s crack-of-dawn starts, battering storms, cold kitchens, muddy fields, salt-sore hands, endless administration, licensing hurdles, and more. But working as one, we aim to benefit our local community and our environment by putting Welsh food back on British plates, bringing the simple goodness of the Welsh sea and soil to tables for family meals, gatherings, and special occasions.

In partnership with Jonathan Williams, a pioneer Câr-Y-Môr supporter who kindly shared his beloved Pembrokeshire Beach Foods Company with us in 2024, our shop brings together a selection of locally and sustainably sourced foods – from fresh seafood platters, to seaweed-infused sauces and condiments, to seaside-inspired foodie gifts, and more.

Chwarae teg, Jonathan, a soul so rare,
Your vision ignites the Pembrokeshire air.
With waves of ideas that never recede,
You plant seeds of hope, a community’s creed.

From Café Môr’s boat, where the shoreline would hum,
To lobster rolls savored by all who succumb.
You conjured Barti Ddu, a pirate’s delight,
And brought us rum warmed by the soft Welsh night.

Your heart caught the whispers of seaweed and shell,
Inspired by Greenwave, their stories you’d tell.
With hands joined in purpose, your vision took flight,
Câr-Y-Môr emerged, a beacon of light.

Through sea farms and jobs, your care ripples wide,
Empowering others with wisdom as guide.
You gift and you coach, with a spark that won’t fade,
A guardian of waters, of dreams that you’ve made.

Now the Point House thrives with your endless zest,
A place where community gathers and rests.
So we, 500 strong, raise our voices in song,
To the legend who’s guided us steadfast and long.
