Cut the potato into wedges and place on an oven proof tray, add a little olive oil, mermaid confetti and black pepper.
Put potato wedges in the oven and cook for around 30 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
Heat a frying pan to nice hot temperature and season and oil the steak.
Depending on the thickness of the steak cook for around 2 minutes per side for medium-rare or 5 minutes for well done.
Once the steak is cooked to your preference remove from heat and leave rest. While the steak is resting add the Welsh Sea Black Butter to the top of the steak and allow to melt.
While your steak is resting, add a little oil to the frying pan and flash fry your asparagus for around 2 minutes.
Once the asparagus is cooked, check your wedges and plate up.
