Pepper Dulse seaweed is known as the truffle of the sea. We've hand harvested some of the delicate and sparse seaweed and mixed it with butter and seasonings to create Sea Truffle Butter. 

A modern classic the flavour is truly unique and always a show stopper at Cafe Mor, Freshwater West. Pair's beautifully with pasta dishes, risotto recipes and gnocchi. As well as just simply pan fired with white fish.

80g net weight.

Supplied frozen. Once defrosted store chilled for up to 10 days.
