Baked Salmon with Welshman's Caviar

Simple but delightful dish, the flavour of the Welshman's Caviar marries beautifully with the salmon.


  • 2 fillets of Salmon
  • 2 tbsp of Welshman's Caviar
  • Dash of Olive oil


  1. Pre heat oven to 200C
  2. Place baking paper on an oven proof tray and add the salmon fillets
  3. Check each fillet for bones and make sure the fillets are skin side down
  4. Rub each fillet with a little olive oil and sprinkle on the Welshman's Caviar
  5. Cover the fillets with baking paper and place tray in the oven for around 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked
  6. Best served hot with Pembrokeshire new potatoes and garden peas
