The sale of alcohol is strictly for persons over 18 years of age. This small batch botanical vodka offers you an experience like no other. An expertly crafted intricate blend of hand-foraged organic British seaweeds (including Kelp, Gutweed. Sea Lettuce and Pepper Dulse) creates stunning undercurrents of umami flavour. This subtle depth of flavour is further enhanced by ripples of wasabi, galangal, yuzu, bergamot and sea buckthorn. Hailing from Dorset, each botanical vodka is separately vacuum distilled to extract and retain the freshness that nature intended. Finally, an added pinch of sea salt re-mineralises the purest of water with which the spirit is cut. Let your taste buds take the plunge and transport yourself directly to the water’s edge and the coast. "I have spent the last few years experimenting with every seaweed until I found the very best. Each of the seaweeds I decided upon brought something slightly different to the table and together they create a rich umami base to the vodka. However, I didn’t want to stop there! I then spent a year working with hundreds of flavours I felt could complement the seaweed. In the end, it was no surprise that I settled mainly on flavours that are frequently used with seaweed dishes and in Asian cuisine." The imagery of the bottle gives the illusion of being underwater. A bottle not to be thrown away, but to be cherished. To make sure that it retains its good looks after repeated uses, the artwork is fired in a kiln and therefore becomes a part of the bottle itself. Please note – deliveries outside of the UK, may be subject to additional charges and taxes when the package arrives. Unfortunately, these additional charges are outside of our control and must be borne by the recipient. Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Make sure the bottle is tightly capped to minimise loss of flavour. To experience at its best, we recommend enjoying responsibly soon after opening. Shipping Charges Our current charges for UK shipping are £4.95 with free delivery for any orders £40 and over. These charges may be subject to change but will be clearly displayed at checkout. International Shipping We can ship internationally and if this is of interest - please get in touch with your requirements through either our contact form or by calling us on our contact number between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, so that we can discuss this further with you. Method of Delivery We generally use Royal Mail and DHL/UK Mail couriers to deliver our products but it may be necessary at times to use other companies/methods of delivery. Delivery Time We endeavour to ensure all orders are processed in a timely and prompt manner and shipped as quickly as possible. Due to the current Covid situation, please allow 3-5 working days from the date of order. Please allow additional time for courier services and customs clearance if you are planning to order from outside the UK. Notification of Shipment You should receive notification by SMS/email when your order is processed and shipped. Queries regarding Ordering and Shipping. If you have a general enquiry, then please use our contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Frozen Products Our Frozen products (Butters, Pesto and Laverbread) are shipped in protective wool cool packaging so that they arrive with you chilled and are "ready to use" . Please ensure that they are kept refrigerated and used within 10 days of opening/receipt. If ordering frozen products, please ensure you are able to receive their delivery as we may not be able to assist with the replacement of goods that have been subject to a failed delivery that is not due to an issue relating to PBFC or our courier/postal service. Express Delivery We can offer an express delivery service which will either be delivered by Royal Mail or Courier within 1- 2 working days. Please select the relevant option at checkout. Please note that it is not always possible to dispatch Frozen products on a Friday using our express delivery service - due to the logistics of products needing to arrive with you chilled, as it is likely they will not arrive until the Monday, given weekend posting/collections. Please note the cut off time each day for booking an express delivery for arrival within 1 -2 working days is 12 pm each day.
