Our Rum truffles have proved to be so popular at Christmas time - our friends at Trwffl have kindly made us some bespoke special Christmas truffles, full of festive flavour and a reflection of the wonderfully warming orange and zesty spices in our Captain Cats Mor Seasoning and of course with that seaweed twist!.

 From the making of the creamy, smooth ganache filling to the snap of the tempered chocolate, these  truffles are handmade with care and sprinkled lovingly with our very own seaweed flakes.

IMPORTANT - DUE TO THE FRESH INGREDIENTS CONTAINED AND TO GIVE YOU  OPTIMUM SHELF LIFE INTO THE NEW YEAR, THE TRUFFLES WILL BE MADE FOR DISPATCH IN MID NOVEMBER AND WILL BE SHIPPED ALONG WITH ANY OTHER ITEMS YOU ORDER. If you would like to receive any additional items prior to the truffles dispatch in mid November, please place a separate order.

The truffles are naturally Gluten free.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Chocolate(40%): Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin (E322), Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Cream,rapeseed oil, orange extract. chilli jam(sugar, red wine vinegar(sulphites) peppers, chillies, pectin powder, dried orange peel, cassia, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, caraway seeds. dulse and grass kelp seaweed. 

Cannot guarantee crustacean or mollusc free due to the seaweed content

Made on premises where nuts and sesame seeds are handled.

Storage

Store in a cool place away from sunlight and strong odours.

Due to the fresh ingredients used, we recommend using the truffles within 3 months. (We think when you taste them, they will be gone within 3 hours!)

Shipping Charges

Our current charges for UK shipping are £4.95 with free delivery for any orders £40 and over. These charges may be subject to change but will be clearly displayed at checkout. Express delivery is also available at checkout.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally and if this is of interest - please get in touch with your requirements through either our contact form or by calling us on our contact number between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, so that we can discuss this further with you.

Method of Delivery

We generally use Royal Mail and DHL/UK Mail couriers to deliver our products but it may be necessary at times to use other companies/methods of delivery.

Delivery Time

We endeavour to ensure all orders are processed in a timely and prompt manner and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of order. Please allow additional time for courier services and customs clearance if you are planning to order from outside the UK.

You should receive notification by SMS/email when your order is processed and shipped.
